Tobias Engstrand
Chief Operating Officer, Executive Board Member | Zurich
Tobias is ISP Group's Chief Operating Officer and is overall responsible for the Operational teams, IT and Change organization within the Group; Tobias has been with ISP since 2021.
Prior to joining ISP, Tobias worked for the Danske Bank group in Denmark as Head of Performance Management and Traction for IT and operations, covering the global client footprint of the bank. In this role, he gained experience in project management with a particular focus on strategic planning and overseeing nearshoring, offshoring, and development activities. Tobias holds an MSc in business administration from the Rotterdam School of Management and Fudan University and a BSc in financial economics from the Gothenburg School of Business, Economics and Law.
