Loric André Szalai

Loric is the Head of Equity Solutions and Listing Services at ISP. With his profound legal background in structuring investment solutions, he helps client to finance their growth strategy. Before joining ISP, he worked in a Swiss RegTech Start Up. He gained in-depth regulatory and advisory know-how working with PwC and EY for several years. During his secondments at leading Swiss banks and foreign supervisory authorities, he gained international experience and specialized in capital markets, trading and investment products. Loric holds a master’s degree in Law from the University of Zurich.
